MIDDLEWARE PHP-FPM DataDog monitors
How to use this module
module "datadog-monitors-middleware-php-fpm" {

Purpose
Creates DataDog monitors with the following checks :
- php_fpm busy worker
- Can't connect to php-fpm
Inputs
