AWS ELB DataDog monitors

How to use this module

Purpose
-------
Creates DataDog monitors with the following checks :
* ELB no healthy hosts
* ELB latency too high
* ELB http code 5xx percent to high
* ELB http code 4xx percent to high
Inputs
