How to use this module

Purpose

Creates a set of Azure DataDog monitors for the following components :

• Azure App Services monitors
• Azure SQL monitors
• Azure Redis monitors
• Azure Event Hub monitors
• Azure Stream Analytics monitors

• Azure IOT Hub monitors
• Azure API Management monitors
