Azure SQL Database DataDog monitors

How to use this module

Purpose
|
|
-------
|
|
Creates a DataDog monitors with the following checks :
|
|
|
|
* CPU High
|
|
* Free disk space low
|
|
* DTU Consumption high
|
|
* SQL deadlocks
|
|
|
|
