MIDDLEWARE PHP-FPM DataDog monitors

How to use this module

module "datadog-monitors-middleware-php-fpm" {

Purpose

Creates DataDog monitors with the following checks:

• Php-fpm busy worker
• Php-fpm ping url does not respond
