CLOUD AZURE SQL-ELASTICPOOL DataDog monitors

How to use this module

Purpose

Creates DataDog monitors with the following checks:

• SQL Elastic Pool CPU too high
• SQL Elastic Pool DTU Consumption too high
• SQL Elastic Pool high disk usage
