How to use this module

Purpose

Creates DataDog monitors with the following checks:

• ELB 4xx errors too high
• ELB 5xx errors too high
• ELB backend 4xx errors too high
• ELB backend 5xx errors too high
• ELB healthy instances
• ELB latency too high
