Purpose

Creates DataDog monitors with the following checks:

• Elasticache ${var.resource} eviction
• Elasticache ${var.resource} max connections reached
• Elasticache ${var.resource} connections
• Elasticache ${var.resource} swap
• Elasticache ${var.resource} free memory
• Elasticache ${var.resource} evictions is growing
