Purpose
Creates DataDog monitors with the following checks :
- CloudSQL Instance CPU Utilization
- CloudSQL Instance Disk Utilization
- CloudSQL Instance Memory Utilization
- CloudSQL Instance Memory Utilization Forecast
- CloudSQL Instance Failover Unavailable
