AWS ElastiCache Service DataDog monitors

How to use this module
----------------------

This module is loaded by default when you define `memcached` or `redis` monitors

Purpose
-------
Creates DataDog monitors with the following checks:

* Eviction
* Swap
* Max connections
* No connection
* Free Memory

Inputs
