## Purpose
Creates DataDog monitors with the following checks:
- Postgresql Server compute consumption is high
- Postgresql Server CPU usage is high
- Postgresql Server has no connection
- Postgresql Server IO consumption is high
- Postgresql Server memory usage is high
- Postgresql Server storage is running low
